Nozzles in the locked position as outlined above happen when the keg is not installed into the machine correctly. If the nozzle is stuck prior to delivery, the box will be damaged  / wet. We inspect all kegs prior to delivery. For this reason, we are not responsible for nozzles in the stuck position. 
Please check the nozzle prior to putting the keg in your Blade machine.
