AGE RESTRICTION
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from The Beer God.
By ordering alcohol, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18
• The information supplied is accurate
• You may legally purchase alcohol in the delivery destination
• The alcohol is not being purchased for anyone under 18
• An eligible adult will receive or collect the order
Proof of age or identity may be requested before an alcohol order is accepted, dispatched, delivered or collected.
An order may be refused, cancelled or returned where age, identity or legal eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate.
Images are illustrative. Packaging, labels, batches, branding, vintages, colours and minor details may change without materially changing the product.
Customers should check alcohol strength, ingredients, allergens, compatibility and other important details on the product packaging.
BLADE COMPATIBILITY
Products described as BLADE kegs are intended for compatible BLADE draught beer machines.
They are not suitable for PerfectDraft machines, standard keg couplers or other systems unless expressly stated.
Customers should confirm compatibility before ordering. Contact us if you need assistance.
ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS
Some machines may be sourced elsewhere in the European Union and supplied with an EU two-pin plug.
Where an adaptor is required in Ireland, customers should use a suitable, approved and correctly rated adaptor.
Electrical cables and plugs should not be modified unless the work is completed by a suitably qualified person. Products must be operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include VAT where required.
Delivery charges and other applicable costs are displayed before checkout is completed.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed.
We may correct obvious pricing, description or technical errors. Where an error affects an order, we will offer the customer the option of confirming the corrected order or receiving a refund.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
A contract is normally formed when we dispatch the goods or confirm they are ready for collection.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
• Failed or reversed payment
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Stock unavailability
• Delivery restrictions
• Licensing or age-verification concerns
• Legal restrictions in the destination
• An inability to fulfil the order safely or lawfully
Where payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, the relevant amount will be refunded.
AVAILABILITY
Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative, partial fulfilment or refund.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Delivery and collection are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly described as guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact information.
EU ORDERS
Alcohol, accessories and glassware are supplied only to destinations enabled at checkout and where we are satisfied that the order can be fulfilled lawfully.
Cross-border alcohol sales may be subject to destination-specific licensing, excise, taxation, age-verification and delivery requirements.
We may restrict or cancel an order where these requirements cannot be met.
RETURNS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use the website unlawfully or fraudulently, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, misrepresent your age or identity, or infringe another person’s rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to The Wrens Nest Ltd unless stated otherwise.
Third-party product names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful or excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for loss caused by product misuse, failure to follow instructions, incompatible equipment or events outside our reasonable control.
COMPLAINTS
Send complaints to info@thebeergod.net and include your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Irish law.
Consumers elsewhere in the European Union may also benefit from mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence.
CHANGES
We may update these Terms periodically. The Terms applicable to an order are normally those published when the order is placed.
